7C Anti-Static Latex Fingercots ISO 5 (Class 100)

RoHS Compliant, recommended for use with Class II static sensitive devices (thresholds above 1000V). Washed, powder-free 3 mil latex; ISO 5 (Class100) cleanroom processed and packaged in ESD-safe inner bags. Each pack is double-bagged in nitrogen-flushed TrayPaks and immobilized to prevent charge generation.

  • Applications: ESD-sensitive areas, Defense, avionics, marine electronics, consumer electronics, IC manufacturing, wire bonding, repair stations, assembly areas.

5C Powder-Free Latex Fingercots ISO 5 (Class 100)

ISO 5 (Class 100) Fingercots. For cost effective protection from skin salts, oils and particulates. Proven latex formulation completely eliminates contamination risks to your products from silicone oils and plasticizers. Lowest ionics/extractables; particulates measured by IES-RP-CC005. Washed, powder-free, textured, tissue weight, rolled, nominal 2 3/4″ length, 3 mil latex. ISO 5 (Class 100) cleanroom processed and double bagged in stackable TrayPaks for easy storage and dispensing; nitrogen-flushed for maximum freshness at point of use.

  • Applications: Discrete components, hard drive assemblies, die bonding, wire attach, disk drives, thin film heads, optics, finishing, cleaning and handling of precision instruments.
