Combining a high filtration vacuum cleaner with a floor buffer, the 545 can clean a variety of cleanroom floor surfaces without contaminating the area. The 545 features a four-stage filtration system including a standard H.E.P.A. filter on the vacuum cleaner's exhaust. An adjustable suction skirt works with the vacuum cleaner to prevent dust particles generated by the buffing pad from being released into the cleanroom environment.
