Class 100 Clean Room Chair

Class 100 Clean Room/Static Control Chairs

Class 10 Clean Room/Static Control Chair

  • Chrome-plated metal parts, Class 10 air reservoir, Task Control ergonomic mechanism, conductive casters or glides, drag chain, continuity contact points, and Microcon vinyl upholstery.
  • The parts are cleaned and single-bagged in BioFit’s clean room in certified clean bags.
  • Class 10 is equivalent to ISO Class 4.
  • Select from a variety of options such as adjustment controls, backrests, casters and glides.

Class 1 Clean Room/Static Control Chair

  • Chrome-plated metal parts, C1 air reservoir, Articulating Seat Control and air reservoir bag that are both encased in a protective pan, drag chain, Microcon vinyl upholstery, continuity contact points, and conductive casters or glides.
  • The parts are cleaned and double-bagged in BioFit’s clean room, in certified clean bags, for customer assembly in the customer’s clean room.
  • Class 1Max is equivalent to ISO Class 3.

Basic Specifications:

Backrest: 14 1/2” wide x 9 1/2” high, lumbar support, plastic protective panel.
Seat: concave, 18 1/2” wide x 16 1/2” deep x 3” thick with internal seatboard bumperguard.
Controls: standard with Task Control — Soft Touch pneumatic seat-height adjustment, fixed rearward seat tilt of 3_°, backrest tilt, backrest-height adjustment.
Metal parts: on ETT and BTT Series chairs have a powder-coated finish as standard or a chrome-plated finish when specified with a C option code.
Base: 5-legged black reinforced composite base with 27” leg spread (26” caster to caster); not for ESD use.
Casters and Glides: Models available standard with casters have an R following the model number/manufacturing code. The remaining models are standard with nickel-plated glides. Standard casters are a single-wheel ball bearing caster for hard floors; many other optional casters/glides are available.
Fire Retardant: meets California Technical Bulletin 117; treatment to meet CAL 133 is optionally available.
Upholstery: A wide range of upholstery vinyls and fabrics are available to meet your needs.
